Welcome to The Life Lab! My name is Ella and I am a qualified fitness instructor, yoga teacher and wellbeing guide. My work helps people to best understand their bodies, to find their own individual balance of health, energy, and vitality.
At Life Lab we work with all kinds of people — busy Mum's, people who are overworked, feeling stressed, or are simply curious about feeling and looking their best. We understand that great health begins with knowing your body, and knowing your body means understanding that no two people are the same. We want to work with you to find out exactly what's going to make you shine.
We all have different needs, and balance is not about denying yourself, it's about doing it all! But doing it right. At Life Lab we believe in a healthy combination of the basic elements:
fitness (fire), yoga (water), meditation (air), and massage (earth). Based on these 4 pillars, Life Lab works with you to create a routine that works so well for you it becomes your lifestyle.
