Are you struggling with sleep and feeling more stressed than when you go to bed? Feeling extra tired, but your mind just can't seem to switch off? Perhaps you struggle to get up in the mornings after finally dosing off, or you find yourself wide awake in the middle of the night?

Well I can tell you that you're not alone! And I'm here to help.

I’ve spoken to so many people that are working from home, trying to home school, or have lost their jobs. We are all facing seriously difficult times right now and one thing so many of us have in common are problems with stress and sleeping. It's been easier than ever to slip out of balance and the effects on us really are huge.

With this in mind I developed a programme that's designed to assist with stress and sleeping problems. It's called "5 Nights to Less Stress & Better Sleep".

Over the 5 x nights of the programme you will learn tips and tricks on how to "down regulate" your mind and body before bedtime. You'll develop skills  in how to not only fall into a deep sleep, but to stay asleep all night. We'll also go through natural sleep patterns and how to regulate our sleeping, and other methods to keep you sleeping deep through the night.

No equipment necessary, just yourself and some good sleep vibes. Here’s to less stress and more sleep!
