Meditation is reflection. It's allowing time in your day to simply be still with yourself. To many this may seem like "doing nothing", when actually, meditation and stillness is one of the greatest gifts you can give your mind and body.

Yoga Nidra

Deep Sleep

Yoga Nidra—known as yogic sleep—is a meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.

Yoga nidra can be as restorative as four hours of regular sleep .

It will leave you feeling totally relaxed and in a blissful state.

Let Go

Deep Relaxation refers to the loosening of bodily and mental tension.

In the relaxation pose the horizontal plane of the body makes the work of the heart easier, and the cardiovascular system rests.

The effect of gravity on these postural muscles is neutralized when the body is completely supported by the floor. This relieves muscle fatigue, allowing you to relax more deeply and making you aware of the dynamic forces acting on your muscles throughout the day.

Meditation isn’t about becoming a different person, a new person, or even a better person.

It’s about training in awareness and getting a healthy sense of perspective.

You’re not trying to turn off your thoughts or feelings. You’re learning to observe them without judgment.

And eventually, you may start to better understand them as well.
